Are You Ready? Early Voting Starts April 24

Early voting for the May 6 municipal election begins on Monday, April 24 and ends Tuesday, May 2. Polling sites include the Bexar County Justice Center along with scores of other locations.

This year’s election includes races for mayor and all ten City Council districts. There are six candidates running in District 1; four in District 2; seven in District 3; three in District 4; six in District 5; eight in District 6; five in District 7; six in District 8; ten in District 9; and ten in District 10. There are also 14 candidates running for mayor.

The ballot includes six propositions for an $850 million general obligation bond program. Some voters will also be asked to elect school board members in the San Antonio, Judson, Harlandale, Northside and Southside school districts.
