Business spotlight: Bliss

Bliss isn’t just a place to eat; it’s a place to truly experience food. Lisa Bliss, co-owner and wife of Chef Mark Bliss, explains, “The menu is seasonal, the food creative yet never fussy, and we use the best quality, seasonal ingredients available.” The Bliss team strives to truly tickle everyone’s palette, from well-considered vegan options to Chicken Fried Oyster Sliders to unforgettable seafood – and with new menu items added daily, patrons can always find something unique to try.

Bliss offers an “eclectic, well-priced list” so that you can sip wine while you get lost in your honey’s eyes before drifting over to the fire-pit on the patio for a decadent dessert.

And if you’re in the market for something special for your small group, Bliss offers a true chef’s table. The table seats 10 and must be reserved in advance. “Many happy birthdays and anniversaries have been celebrated in our kitchen,” Bliss affirms.

The party doesn’t stop at the chef. Bliss is also available for private events day or night. They offer a room overlooking the back patio for groups up to 30, or you can get the whole kit and Bliss caboodle by reserving the entire restaurant.
