Business spotlight: Sustenio

Sustenio restaurant in the Eilan Hotel.

Sustenio is so much more than a restaurant inside a hotel. Sustenio is a culinary experience with lodging attached. Celebrity chef Stephan Pyles (the man that put the southwest in southwest cuisine) collaborates with Executive Chef Mike Collins to create a menu “comprised of innovative, original new dishes with some reinventions of Texas classics,” with an emphasis on local and sustainable resources.

For an inspired experience, select the six-course tasting menu. This tour of culinary offerings will take diners around the world through their taste buds. Not sure what to drink on your trip? Ask one of their expert sommeliers for the perfect pairing.

Sustenio has several rooms available for private dining and rehearsal dinners, seating anywhere from 10 to 66 guests. You can also bring Sustenio’s fine dining to your table with their catering service. Contact [email protected] for more information.

Find Sustenio inside the Eilan Hotel (17103 La Cantera Pkwy). Open seven days a week, the restaurant offers a brunch menu on Sundays. Call (210) 598-2950 or visit their Open Table page for reservations.
