6:30pm Saturday, February 14
Roosevelt Library, 311 Roosevelt
(210) 738-1060, tobincenter.org
$150-$750

AtticRep presents a Valentine’s Day party with cocktails, dancing and dinner by Tim The Girl. All ticket purchases and donations benefit the AtticRep Theater Company, which continues to bring culturally significant productions to the community of San Antonio. AtticRep’s productions focus on contemporary works that present a platform for social discourse and leave the audience reflecting on the culture presented in the play and in their own city. The Valentine’s Day party is more than just a celebration of love; it is a celebration of the cultural and educational community of San Antonio that AtticRep strives to expand with each production. At the party, enjoy a burlesque show and a reading of guest submitted love letters by AtticRep actors, along with selections from the play Love Letters by A.R. Gurney. Share the romantic evening with your loved one while supporting local theater. Sponsors include The Sexology Institute and Dorcol Distilling Co.–a recipe for magic, or at least the good kind of trouble. Submit love letters to loveletters@atticrep.org by February 10.
